Shipping Policy

Every piece leaves us fully insured, tracked, and packaged with the care a rare stone deserves. Because much of what we sell is one of a kind or made personally for you, dispatch times vary by piece — each product page tells you which applies.

Made-to-order pieces (including our Diamond Polki collection) are hand-set for you after you order. Please allow 4 weeks before dispatch. We'll confirm your order straight away and let you know the moment your piece is on its way.

One-of-a-kind and in-stock pieces (jadeite sculptures, carvings, loose gemstones and other unique items) are in our care and ready to travel. These are dispatched the next working day.

United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on receipt.

International. We ship worldwide by fully insured, tracked courier. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, delivery times vary by destination, and a signature is required on receipt.

Customs, duties and taxes. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges. Prices for UK orders include VAT.

Insurance and tracking. Every shipment is insured for its full value, door to door, and you'll receive tracking details by email the moment your piece is dispatched. If a delivery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at david@davidharryjewels.com and we'll make it right.

Changes and cancellations. For made-to-order pieces, you can change or cancel your order until the end of the next working day after purchase — after that, your stones have been selected and setting has begun. One-of-a-kind pieces can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Our full returns terms are in our Refund Policy.
